ACR1 Series Permanent-Magnet A.C. Contactor is developed and manufactured by our company in 2006. This series contactor not only make up common contactors’ shortcomings of loud noise and power consuming, but also are one of the energy saving and cost reducing electrical products that are highly advocated by our country. They are very useful and very necessary to be recommended in power industry.

2. Application

ACR1 Series Permanent-Magnet A.C. Contactor is suitable for use in the A.C. circuits up to rated voltage 1000V, AC 50Hz or 60Hz, and conventional thermal current to 630A. It is mainly used for closing & breaking circuits at a long distance, for frequent starting & controlling A.C. motors, and can also be used in combination with thermal relay or electronic protector to compose an electromagnetic starter. This kind of contactor can protect the circuits of overload and phase losing, and be composed into Reversible switch machine interlocking contactor, Power distribution switch contactor group, and Star-delta starter.

3. Features of structure

ACR1 Series Permanent-Magnet A.C. Contactor belongs to translation type driving mechanism. The permanent-magnet mechanism is at the bottom of the case, and auxiliary contact situated at the top of side contactor, breaking spring (or opposing force spring) situated at the two sides of the case of permanent-magnet mechanism, the coil and core are fixed at the bottom of the case, and circuit board is attached to permanent-magnet mechanism. These series contactors adopt rare earth permanent-magnet material with electron technology to control the closing and releasing. It will not be disturbed by mains voltage when working and will not disturb other equipment. When critical attracting and release action, it will not vibrate or reverse. The breaking speed of contacts closing is higher than traditional electromagnetic A.C. contactors for three times above. It’s really achieved safety, reliability and avoids maintenance.
